Description
10TEN JHL MK110 14/12 Pit Bike – Quick Overview
Best for: developing riders who need a proper mid-size pit bike but are not yet ready to operate a manual clutch.
Engine: HS110 four-stroke producing a claimed maximum of 7hp.
Transmission: four-speed semi-automatic gearbox with no manual clutch lever.
Starting: electric and kick start.
Wheel size: 14-inch front and 12-inch rear.
Seat height: 750mm / 75cm.
Standout feature: approachable semi-automatic controls combined with a more substantial 14/12-inch pit-bike chassis.
Our view: the strongest all-round 110cc choice in the new 10TEN JHL range and a natural progression from a smaller automatic or 12/10-inch bike.
The 10TEN JHL MK110 14/12 combines approachable semi-automatic controls with a noticeably larger and more capable pit-bike chassis.
Its HS110 four-stroke engine produces a claimed maximum of 7hp and drives through a four-speed semi-automatic gearbox. The rider selects gears using the foot-operated lever, but there is no manual clutch lever to coordinate.
With a 750mm seat height, 14/12-inch wheels, inverted front suspension and hydraulic disc brakes, the MK110 is designed for riders who have outgrown the compact SK platform but would still benefit from straightforward controls.
For many riders looking for a conventional 110cc pit bike, the MK110 will be the best-balanced model in the range.
Our Take on the 10TEN JHL MK110
The MK110 is likely to be the key model in the new range because it combines the familiar appeal of a 14/12-inch 110cc pit bike with controls that remain approachable for a developing rider.
The semi-automatic gearbox allows the rider to learn when and how to select gears without simultaneously introducing clutch control. The larger chassis then provides considerably more room than the low-seat SK110.
If the rider comfortably fits a 750mm seat and is not yet ready for a manual clutch, the MK110 is our main 110cc recommendation.
Why Choose the 10TEN JHL MK110?
Semi-Automatic Gears
Four foot-operated gears allow the rider to learn gear selection without using a clutch lever.
110cc Four-Stroke
The HS110 engine produces a claimed maximum of 7hp for recreational off-road riding.
Mid-Size 14/12 Chassis
A 750mm seat and 1130mm wheelbase provide substantially more room than the SK models.
Electric & Kick Start
Push-button starting is backed up by a conventional kick-start system.
Inverted Suspension
Substantial 43/45mm inverted forks give the bike a more serious front-end setup.
Hydraulic Brakes
Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes provide controlled stopping performance.
Learn Gears Without a Manual Clutch
The MK110 uses a four-speed semi-automatic gearbox.
The rider changes gear using the conventional foot-operated gear lever, but the internal clutch operates automatically. There is no clutch lever on the handlebar to coordinate during starts or gear changes.
This allows the rider to focus on gear selection, braking, throttle control and body position without introducing every control at once.
The setup makes the MK110 a useful progression from a fully automatic starter bike and a more approachable alternative to the manual-clutch MK125.
Important: Semi-automatic does not mean fully automatic. The rider must still select the appropriate gear using the foot lever. For a full explanation of the next progression step, read our MK110 vs MK125 comparison.
HS110 Four-Stroke Engine – 7hp
Power comes from the HS110 four-stroke engine, producing a claimed maximum output of 7hp.
The engine provides usable recreational performance without introducing the additional clutch control and stronger output of the manual 125cc model.
Fuelling is handled by a PZ19 carburettor, while a compact 3.5-litre fuel tank uses a CNC vent valve.
The straightforward four-stroke and carburettor arrangement is well suited to a conventional recreational pit bike, although correct setup and routine servicing remain essential.
Electric and Kick Start
The MK110 comes with both electric and kick start.
The electric starter provides convenient push-button starting, while the kick starter remains available as a useful backup.
A 5Ah gel battery powers the electric starting system. Battery condition, fuel quality, carburettor setup and routine maintenance all affect starting performance.
750mm Seat Height and 14/12-Inch Chassis
The MK110 runs a 14-inch front and 12-inch rear wheel combination, making it noticeably larger than the 10/10-inch SK70 and 12/10-inch SK110.
Its 750mm seat height and 1130mm wheelbase provide more space for a developing rider, while the larger wheels improve stability and help the bike roll over rough ground more comfortably.
Overall dimensions are approximately 1600 × 700 × 1030mm.
SK110 or MK110?
Both use 110cc engines and semi-automatic gearboxes. The decision should therefore be based mainly on physical fit:
- SK110: 630mm seat with 12/10-inch wheels
- MK110: 750mm seat with 14/12-inch wheels
Read our complete SK110 vs MK110 comparison.
Fit should be assessed using height, inside-leg measurement, strength, experience and confidence rather than age alone.

14/12-Inch Off-Road Wheels
The MK110 uses durable black steel rims with silver aluminium wheel hubs.
The wheels are fitted with Yuangxing off-road tyres:
- Front: 60/100-14 Yuangxing tyre
- Rear: 80/100-12 Yuangxing tyre
The larger-diameter front wheel helps the bike track more smoothly through ruts and over bumps, while the 12-inch rear balances stability with a manageable seat height.
43/45mm Inverted Front Suspension
The MK110 takes a useful step forward from the conventional telescopic suspension fitted to the smaller SK models.
At the front are substantial 43/45mm inverted forks measuring 680mm. Their construction gives the MK110 a more substantial front-end setup suited to the larger chassis.
The rear suspension incorporates CNC components and works with a steel swingarm to complete the mid-size platform.
Hydraulic Disc Brakes and Folding Levers
Hydraulic disc brakes at the front and rear provide the stopping power.
Polished folding brake levers are fitted as standard. Their folding design can help reduce the likelihood of lever damage during a minor fall or tip-over.
A black steel handlebar and forged alloy steering stem complete the cockpit, while stainless steel footpegs provide a secure platform when the rider is seated or standing.
Final Drive, Protection and Servicing
Drive to the rear wheel is handled by a heavy-duty 428H Choho chain, running on a 15-tooth steel front sprocket and 41-tooth steel rear sprocket.
A steel engine bottom protector helps shield the underside of the motor from debris and minor impacts when riding over rough ground.
An hourmeter is included as standard, making it easier to record engine running time and follow the required oil-change, valve-check and routine servicing schedule.
The bike is finished with a black frame, stainless steel and aluminium exhaust, and distinctive 10TEN with JHLOFR graphics.

Our Verdict
Choose the MK110 when the rider needs a proper mid-size 14/12-inch pit bike but is not yet ready to operate a manual clutch.
Its biggest advantage is the combination of approachable semi-automatic gears with a significantly roomier and more capable chassis than the SK110.
For the typical buyer searching for a 110cc pit bike, the MK110 is our strongest all-round recommendation in the new 10TEN JHL range.
